Panic attack treatment. Is there such a thing you may ask? A drug free cure?
Well I can tell you from personal experience that there is a “cure” that doesn’t use drugs. I suppose the word “cure” is slightly wrong. It’s not a magical pill but it will show you how to stop the attacks for good.
I suffered panic & anxiety attacks for a few years after a bad motorcycle spill. I must have tried every drug on the market. Nothing worked properly, plus I knew as soon as I came off the drugs any benefit would be lost.
This is the big downside to treating anxiety attacks with drugs. Any gains you get are lost when you come off the medication. Any decent doctor won’t let you take drugs for any length of time.
You will have to come off at some time. And that’s when the attacks will be back. You know they are coming back with a vengeance and this can make them all the worse.
Wouldn’t the best all round solution be a drug free social anxiety treatment of some sort? I can give you hope now because I know there is one, I use it! I’ve taken back control.

I am no longer a victim waiting to be struck down at random. I actually know what kicks my anxiety episodes off so “random” isn’t strictly true. Crowds! And it doesn’t need to be a big one either. 3 or 4 people does it for me.
